Nigeria Immigration opens new recruitment portal, warns against fraudsters

Following the approval for fresh recruitment by the Civil Defense, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), the Nigeria Immigration Service has opened a new portal to begin the process immediately.

In a communiqué released yesterday, the service urged interested candidates to use the new portal for all recruitment processes henceforth.

“Consequently, the earlier advertised portal is no longer in use and not tenable,” the statement read.

Public Relations Officer of the service who wrote on behalf of the Comptroller General of Immigration, Muhammad Babandede said the recruitment is free, urging the public to beware of fraudsters that demand money for the exercise.
