In Lagos: Domestic workers allegedly murder Lebanese boss

A Lebanese, identified as Basan Khodari, has allegedly been murdered by his domestic workers.

The remains of Khodari were found in a septic tank in his house on Bombay Crescent in the Apapa area of Lagos.

PUNCH Metro learnt that the victim had travelled to Abuja and asked his workers to look after the house; however, upon his return, he discovered that some hoodlums had taken over his apartment, which led to an argument between him and the workers.

Khodari was said to have been murdered during the scuffle that ensued by the hoodlums, led by his guard, who is now at large, while his remains were hidden in a septic tank.

Our correspondent gathered that some suspects were already in police custody and helping with the investigation.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bala Elkana, who confirmed the incident, said, “He was murdered by his domestic workers. Our men are closing in on the suspects.”(Punch)
