Ent Africa : Nollywood star advises parents to be safety conscious during this holiday period
Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has admonished parents across the world to be wary of persons with whom they leave their kids; as this concern was informed by the rising issues of child molestation, which the entertainer noted is usually rampant during holidays.
Tonto advised parents not to leave their children with people whom they do not trust, due to the high rate of child molestation in the country.

She said, “Personally, I went all out with CCTV camera, which allows me to watch my home through my phone from any part of the world. Be vigilant.”

Tonto Dikeh stressed that parents should “Check why your kids are in love with an adult and check why some adults repel and scare them. Don’t be caught up in this wayward society.'

“The church isn’t a safe place; watch your kids everywhere and do not feel too comfortable in a religious gathering. Do not send them to your grannies’ place because they are weak, vulnerable and not so disciplined anymore,” she added.
